She has fifteen years consultancy and training experience, primarily in the public sector. Hyacinth is able to build rapport with people very easily enabling them to trust her and to take some of the considered, calculated risks they need to take to move themselves to the next level in their professional and personal lives.
Hyacinth brings a robust and yet reassuring style to her consultancy and training projects. She is highly, skilled and experienced at diagnosing, designing and delivering organisational and personal effectiveness solutions. She enjoys the challenge of marrying both the needs of the company and the individual, recognising the importance of both in ensuring the vision of the company is met.
Hyacinth is also a highly skilled Assessor and has undertaken hundreds of assessments using a range of assessment tools including: competency based interviews – face to face and over the phone, CV scanning, using set criteria, Group based exercises, Role play – both as a role player assessor and as an observer assessor, In-depth written assessment reports and feedback
