

Lennie is a successful Management Coach & Facilitator who continues to enjoy working with a diverse group of people working at different levels across the public sector. Her clients include politicians, senior managers, graduate entrants, front-line staff and middle managers.
She has extensive experience in designing & running development and assessment centres, & coaching both 1:1 & small groups to understand, experience & succeed in assessment processes. As well as executive coaching Lennie also works with management teams, providing individuals & groups with a greater insight & confidence to work & lead diverse teams & services with all the challenges this creates in a modern Local & Central Government. She believes in working collaboratively with people to develop frameworks & solutions for success. She is an innovative and challenging facilitator who inspires her clients to give of their best.
Lennie joined the public sector in the mid-eighties working as part of a Social Services Department senior management team within an inner-city local authority. She has also worked in Personnel Department and Chief Executives Department with corporate & policy responsibilities. She left the Civil Service College after 5 years as Senior Lecturer in 2001 having been a Course Director and Project Director on a variety projects for different organisations.
An area that Lennie has had considerable success in of late is her work with facilitating large groups and profiling organisational behaviour.
Lennie is accredited and licensed to use a variety of psychometric instruments including OPQ (Occupational Personality Questionnaire), MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and a variety of 360° Questionnaires.
