
Shaama is an exceptional organisational development and performance improvement consultant. She works with an extensive range of public sector organisations as well as the private sector. She has a Diploma in coaching and is a former director of human resources. Shaama is particularly skilled in supporting organisations improve their strategic management
capabilities, implement organisational change and enable service innovation.
Over her career, Shaama has acquired a wide range of high-level strategic management and leadership skills, particularly those pertinent to complex organisations. She has significant experience of working effectively in political environments (including up to ministerial level) and working at local, national and international levels.
Shaama has worked at Board level and with senior executives in a wide range of organisations to lead and implement culture change programmes, re-profile services, troubleshoot performance issues, improve leadership and strategic capabilities and effectiveness. Shaama’s goals are to help to individuals and organisations to re-define success, find effective ways of sustaining it and re-energise and catalyse individual talent.
Her particular interests include leadership and team development, talent management, managing personal success in diverse organisations, conflict management, brokering partnerships, and managing change and innovation. She focuses these interests to enable new ways of working and thinking to ‘make change really happen’ to enhance individual and collective performance.
Shaama has 25 years experience of facilitating learning and development in a wide range of settings and for differing levels of participants and purposes.
