
We often find that leaders develop a clear change message or strategy and then have difficulty 'selling' it to their organisation. This is sometimes because they have not involved others sufficiently in the design of the strategy. Sometimes, however, it is because of the way that those who lead the changes are experienced by people in the organisation. Their personal behaviours can be seen as contradicting the outcomes that they outline in their strategy. We have helped many leaders reflect upon their embodied practise and make shifts in the ways in which they engage and communicate with others.
The process of change is often difficult and people need support'through the process. We provide coaching (or assist the organisation to do so) to managers and individuals to assist them through this difficult stage. We often find that the success of a change initiative is largely determined by the quality of communication and support that managers receive.
